Delivery & Returns
Before ordering hand embroidery and cross-stitch supplies
Compare the listed dimensions, pack format and compatibility with your requirements. 15 cm supplied hoop and included embroidery needle.
Checking the delivery address
For a Floss Parcel order, review the recipient, street, apartment where applicable, city, region, postcode and country at the delivery step. No installation service is selected by the product planner.
The delivery amount in your bag
This shop currently calculates $5.95 delivery below $100 of goods and no delivery charge from $100. A change to quantity or product option updates the total before order review.
Inspecting and caring for your item
For Botanical stem embroidery kit: Keep needle safely stored; spot-clean finished work without soaking. Inspect your own ordered listing’s included contents and keep the relevant packaging and product information while resolving a query.
